Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions (Download / Access Issues)

If you have trouble accessing your files (for example: a broken download link, incorrect file, or delivery error), we will help you by:

• Re-sending the download link, or

• Providing the correct file
